Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

We appreciate your generosity and support for ANUDIPTI FOUNDATION.

Since donations are voluntary contributions to a non-profit cause, we generally do not offer refunds once a donation is processed. However, we understand that errors can happen. Please review our policy below:

1. Erroneous Donations

If you made a donation in error (e.g., entered an incorrect amount or clicked twice), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.

To request a refund, please email us at info@anudipti.org with the following details:

• Transaction ID / Reference Number
• Date and Time of transaction
• Donation Amount
• A copy of your payment confirmation screenshot
• Reason for the refund request

2. Verification & Processing

Upon receiving your request, we will review the transaction details. If verified, we will process the refund to the original payment source within 5-7 business days. Please note that bank transfer fees or payment gateway processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Tax Exemption Certificates (80G)

If a tax exemption certificate has already been generated and sent to you for the transaction, a refund cannot be processed under any circumstances.
